1. Deposits are non-refundable.

2. Deposits must be paid a minimum of 72hrs before appointment unless agreed upon otherwise.

3. Appointments are not guaranteed and are subject to change until deposits have been paid.

4. Deposits are fully transferable with 72 hours or more notice. 

5. A $30 re-booking fee will be applied to all booking changes unless the change is due to medical reasons. Proof of this may be requested to waive the change fee.

6. Failure to give 72 hours' notice to change or amend a booking will result in the deposit being forfeited. A new deposit will be required for re-booking.

7. If you have paid in full, or any other amount in advance, this will be considered your deposit. Failure to give 72hrs notice or a medical certificate will result in the entire amount being forfeited.

8. Clients who repeatedly cancel or do not show up to appointments may be refused service.
